With such rapid transformation across the business and a growing portfolio of services on offer, from artificial intelligence (AI) software to data science, tpgroup needed support to rethink the digital brand proposition, making its complex service offering clear to prospective and existing customers and investors.
Turning discovery into tangible insights
Kicking-off the project with a Discovery Workshop, we quickly identified where tpgroup fits into the market and defined user needs to inform the structure and flow of the new website.
A majority of the project was then delivered throughout the lockdown period, with remote teams working closely together to deliver a complex online solution on time and on budget.
New website, new domain, continued growth
As well as consolidating a number of existing separate websites into one tpgroup presence, the difficult decision was taken to update to a new domain name that better reflected tpgroup’s global reach and ambition.
By undertaking detailed technical planning and implementation, combined with launch activity led by the tpgroup marketing team, post-launch traffic on the new website was maintained and continues to perform strongly.
The impact of our website developed by Engine Creative has been significant.
It provides an engaging platform to showcase our capabilities, and share content and news across our communities and we have been delighted with the feedback – both externally and internally.
The analytics speak for themselves in terms of considerably increasing visitor numbers and their engagement on the site. It continues to develop to reflect our aspirations and increasing content.

As with all digital product development, getting to launch day is just the first step.
Ongoing technical and creative support is focussed on improving the quality of the traffic and leads through the site, and building new functionality such as an enhanced virtual event section to enable tpgroup to set up and manage multiple events directly through the new website.
