Sales & Account Manager/Director

Role: Sales/New business development
Position: Full Time/Permanent
Location: HQ Northampton
Hours: 9-5:30, Mon-Fri
Salary: £Competitive DOE

About the role

We are a multi award winning creative agency specialising creating Augmented Reality (AR) experiences, content, campaigns and solutions for brands and we are passionate about bringing brands to life through creativity and digital innovation.

Amongst other things, we are looking to take our Reydar AR platform (www.reydar.com) to the next level and are looking for a passionate, experienced and driven account/sales manager to take the lead and introduce Reydar to a whole new audience.

We are looking for someone who is excited by the opportunities that AR has to offer, has knowledge of AR and digital products in general and is able to seek out new customers – taking them through the sales process, from negotiating deals to making sure the customer is entirely satisfied.

We’re a relatively small team, but our vision is big. We’re a top 100 Digital agency and are searching for someone who will share our passion and grow our customers, increase our business and improve our client experience.

We will need a person with these values;

  • Product knowledge and passion to be perceived as the expert in all things in our market and products.
  • Can live and breathe the company values and advocate them into the sales team.
  • Know how agencies and tech startups work.
  • Intrinsic people skills and curiosity around sales behaviour and putting that to practice.
  • Knowledge of / capability to support of the digital marketing function with ability to manage in collaboration with that.

And who can manage and find ways to deliver all of this;

  • Managing commercial deals and pipeline activity.
  • Direct Marketing to Existing customers.
  • Gaining referrals from clients and client suppliers.
  • Managing and dealing with inbound leads.
  • Generating and developing outbound leads and opportunities via referrals, including leads generated from digital marketing function.
  • Build trust, asking difficult questions to understand issues and ultimately solve them with our products and services, investing in our future relationship with clients.
  • Reporting back data and progress to fellow managers and the board of directors.
  • Conduct regular client facing meetings and deliver product demos.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and pitches.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals.
  • Negotiate and convert commercial deals.
  • Develop awareness and strategise marketing campaigns in collaboration with the digital marketing function.
  • Client management.

Digital Marketing Executive

Position: Part Time to Full Time/Permanent

About the role

We are a multi award winning creative agency specialising creating Augmented Reality (AR) experiences, content, campaigns and solutions for brands and we are passionate about bringing brands to life through creativity and digital innovation.

Amongst other things, we are looking to take our Reydar AR platform (www.reydar.com) to the next level and are seeking a motivated, knowledgeable and audience-savvy digital marketer to create engaging content, manage exceptional campaigns and increase awareness to ideal clients. This role will assist our sales team in taking Reydar, our creative services and cutting-edge digital products into brand new markets.

We will need a person with these values;

  • People-focused and curious about what makes our audience tick.
  • Product knowledge and passion to be perceived as the expert in all things in our market (delivering value to) and product.
  • Can live the company values and instil them into our branded communications.
  • Work seamlessly with the Sales Manager to define campaigns and build an effective lead generation and management process.
  • Know how agencies and startups work.

And who can manage and find ways to deliver all of this;

  • Website optimisation and management of 2 sites, enginecreative.co.uk and reydar.com.
  • Content marketing – product landing pages, blogs, case studies, videos, copywriting, image creation for websites and other collateral.
  • PPC – budgets and strategy management.
  • SEO – current trends and best practice.
  • Social – Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo.
  • Email marketing to new and existing customers.
  • Performance/strategy analysis, analytics, reporting and associated tools.
