In a rapidly changing market place, BUILT/ are developing a new business model to shape the future of the building materials and trade supplies industry.

BUILT/ needs to be fundamentally efficient and has industry changing potential. To help realise this potential a unique VR experience was commissioned to visualise the design of the launch branch in an immersive way, providing unique insights into the new retail development.

The ‘drive-through experience’ and layout of the first branch, has helped gain buy in from key stakeholders whilst providing an efficient way of scrutinising and refining the design and layout of the site.

The VR experience will also be used to validate the branch proposition with the target market at customer focus groups, in order to create the best possible customer experience.
