In his role as Client Services Director, Andy is in the privileged position of shaping strategy for our clients and creative partners. It’s strategic thinking informed by expertise.

As Managing Director, Matt handles the strategic direction of the business. It’s his vision that ensures we deliver quality and innovation in everything that we do. Matt is founder of Engine Creative. He's worked tirelessly since 1997 to grow the company into an award-winning Top 100 Agency (as recognised by the Recommended Agency Register).

A Creative Coordinator with nearly a decade of creative agency experience under her belt. Emma supports the Engine Creative studio in whatever way she can, from making sure we're fully supplied to managing client relationships and project delivery.

A multidisciplinary Creative Director with over 20 years of experience. Dan manages the creative aspects our client projects. Dan has worked for global brands such as Coca-Cola and Mercedes Benz, and even earned recognition as a Top 100 Illustrator (Worldwide) by the Lurzer's Archive.
