Facebook Audience Network helps publishers monetise their mobile apps and mobile websites through access to over 4 million global Facebook advertisers. The platform enables publishers to target their audience with more relevant ads while driving the best results for advertisers.


For the platform launch, the Facebook team needed to clearly communicate the benefits to publishers across the world and so a series of narrated ‘explainer videos’ were created to provide a comprehensive, easy to digest overview of the service.

The videos acted as the key selling tool to drive customer acquisition and build wider awareness of this unique Facebook product.

The Payback
  • Premiered at the Facebook developer conference 2016, attended by Mark Zuckerberg.
  • Successful launch credited with 6 percent of all time spent on mobile apps currently being spent on apps running Audience Network.
