Job Title: PHP Developer
Location: Northampton
Salary: Dependent on experience
Job Type: Permanent
Engine Creative is seeking a talented PHP developer with proven commercial experience and a thirst for evolving technologies to join our team. The successful applicant will work as part of a team on a broad range of projects from creating and developing web applications through to updating and maintaining existing solutions.
The following are areas applicants must have commercial experience in:
- Advanced PHP
- XHTML and CSS
- Server administration
- Symfony
- Javascript + frameworks (preferably YUI)
- CMS implementation (Magento, WordPress, Drupal, etc)
- E-Commerce
We would also love to hear from anyone who has interest in using technology to enrich our lives and so experience / an interest in the following would definitely be a plus:
- iPhone + iPad App development
- WAI / Web standards / Accessibility
- Web trends / design knowledge
- Flash / Actionscript development
- Software project management experience
- Information architecture
Oh, and of course we want someone we can get along with and enjoy working on projects with and so a creative thinker with a positive outlook who loves gaming would be ideal!
