We are looking for:
This is a general office management role which covers all aspects of running a creative studio and would suit an ambitious junior with 2-3 years creative industry experience, or a mid level applicant wanting to work in a creative environment. This is a key role for Engine Creative, we’re looking for a confident person with great organisational, communication and administration skills who can take their own initiative with clients and staff.

Main duties include:

  • Administrative support for executives within production, sales, marketing and pitch situations.
  • Handling a busy front desk.
  • To answer and field initial phone enquiries.
  • Client administration including payment, appointments, travel booking, etc.
  • To support our Production teams with time sheets, general project management support and client notes.
  • To act as the initial contact for all website enquiries and follow up as appropriate.
  • Help maintain and improve systems and processes.
  • To manage the general studio environment and maintain the studio inventory.

Character requirements:

  • Need to be well organised, and self motivated.
  • Fully computer literate with full knowledge of Mac software, project management software such as Streamtime and CMS / WordPress updates.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team, managing your time wisely.
  • Comfortable with databases, with an eye for detail.
  • Good phone manner.
  • Easy going, sociable and outgoing.
  • Have an active interest in creative culture.
  • Able to handle pressure and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess an interest in developing your skills and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
