Back in 2008, Engine Creative became one of an elite force of UK creative agencies in the design, marketing and advertising sector to gain Recommended Supplier status on the Recommended Agency Register (RAR). Thanks to the support of our clients and our unswerving focus on superb creative output, we’re proud to announce that we’ve retained our Recommended status for the 5th year in a row.
Thanks to all of our clients who took the time to participate in the research. You know who you are and you’re all tops.
So, how does the RAR work?
RAR gathers information from companies across the spectrum of marketing services and measure a company’s level of customer satisfaction, asking clients to rate their creative agency across eight key criteria:
Only creative agencies who score above the strict RAR threshold become Recommended and are included in the register. The whole process is completely confidential and the results are available for prospective clients to view in the form of downloadable reports.
And what does this actually mean in real terms?
Our Recommended status is one way of being able to measure our capability as an agency but it’s also a great way to find out where we can improve. Thankfully, we’ve been highly rated across all key criteria although it definitely keeps us on our toes.
For prospective clients we believe it adds even more credibility and confidence in our ability to deliver effective creative solutions for them. It’s a great complement to our client list and, of course, the work we create across brand, digital, advertising and video production.
The DADI cherry on top of a good news post for Engine Creative
Whilst we’ve always placed a high value on our ability to build long term relationships with our clients, it is also nice to gain industry recognition for the work we’re creating and so it’s great for us to announce that we’ve also recently been nominated for two DADI’s (The Drum awards for the digital industries).
The DADI’s recognise and reward digital excellence and our work for BBC Worldwide on the Top Gear Augmented Reality magazine has been nominated in the ‘Best News/Media/Publishing or Campaign’ and ‘Best Video Website/Use of Video’ categories.
Win, lose or draw we’re glad to get recognition for our digital expertise and commitment to investing in evolving technologies for the benefit of our clients.
