Tesco and Marvel’s ‘Every Little Hero Helps’ fully integrated retail campaign has exceeded expectations with range sales increasing by 75.6% during the 4 weeks of the activity.
As part of the campaign activity, Engine Creative delivered a unique Augmented Reality (AR) experience for the Tesco Discover app which included an interactive game and photo experience. The AR content enabled kids to interact with the products on their mobile and tablet devices through gamification, helping Tesco to triple their NPD Licensed Share.
The innovative integrated retail campaign also grabbed the attention of industry press, resulting in increased interest in brand owners looking to partner with Tesco directly on future retail campaigns.
