If you stumbled upon the Engine Creative blog a few weeks ago you will already know that we are proud to be sponsoring the students of The University of Northampton in their final few months studying Interactive Digital Media.
The students have put together individual show reels as a graded section of their final coursework piece, and will be presenting these at Northampton’s Picturedrome on Thursday the 5th of May, from mid-day until 10pm.
Each student will be hosting their personal showreel on an individual iMac throughout the day and will be available to discuss their work and answer questions from attendees. To accompany the independent stands, a compilation of the student’s showreels will be shown on the Picturedromes’ cinema screen throughout the course of the day.
The students are anticipating a public and private audience of around 120 participants to whom they can demonstrate the creative skills they have acquired over the two year course, and which they are hoping to put into practice within future industry careers.
The students have created all advertising material themselves including personal invites, leaflets and posters which are distributed around the campus and to the creative industry across the region.
Go along and see the creative minds of the future before anyone else!
